Drag Lha Gonpo (English: the Protector, God of the Rock). A worldly deity of the Minyak region of Eastern Tibet. Directly above is the wrathful bodhisattva Vajrapani. At the left is the 14th Karmapa Tegchog Dorje (1798-1868). Various retinue deities surround the central figure.
