Lhawang Chokyi Gyaltsen, 4th Tatsag (lha dbang chos kyi rgyal mtshan 1537-1604). At the top left is Pagpa Lha Dechen Dorje (1439-1487). On the right is the meditational deity Heruka Akshobhyavajra Guhyasamaja, blue in colour. At the bottom right is Chaturmukha Mahakala, blue, with four faces and four arms.
