Interpretation / Description

Shakyamuni Buddha (Tibetan: sha kya tu pa, sang gye. English: the Sage of the Shakya Clan, the Enlightened One): surrounded by the 2 principal disciples, the 16 great arhats, Dharmata and Hvashang along with the 4 Great Kings of the Directions. At the top center is the primordial buddha Vajradhara.
