Padma Nyida Gyaltsen.
Based on the name and the hand attributes of a medicinal pill and a long-life vase, this figure is most probably related to either the Chagzam Tradition of Tangtong Gyalpo or to the Nyingma Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
