Interpretation / Description

Medicine Buddha (Sanskrit: Bhaishajyaguru. Tibetan: sang gye men la. English: the Buddha, Guru of Medicine).

Tibetan: Sang gye men la

At the top center is Je Tsongkapa. At the lower right and left sides are Manjushri and Vajrapani. At the bottom left is an unidentified Tibetan worldly protector. At the center is a female deity holding two vajra scepters. At the right side is the lead goddess for the Tanma Chunyi group of twelve Tibetan environmental goddesses.
