Interpretation / Description

Himalayan Dance Mask.

Dance masks are created with many different faces representing an assortment of deities along with well established culturally recognized stereotypical personalities. This mask likely represents a demonic figure in the retinue of a more recognizable villain type such as Yama the god of death.
