Interpretation / Description

Kakyab Dorje, the 15th Karmapa (1871-1922): with the Buddha Amitabha above and the wrathful bodhisattva Vajrapani below.

Kar ma pa Biographical Details

A vajra scepter and bell are held in the right and left hands along with the stems of lotus flowers supporting a sword and book on the right and a long-life vase on the left.
