Interpretation / Description

Tipupa Pandita (11th-12th century). The youngest son of Marpa, Dharmadode, after taking on a new body at the Ganges river he was called tipu meaning pigeon. Later he became a great pandit known as Tipu Pandita and was a teacher of Rechungpa.
