Interpretation / Description

Amitayus, Buddha (Tibetan: tse pa me, sang gye, English: the Buddha of Boundless Life). The enlightened one who bestows the blessing of long-life. Peaceful, red, with one face and two hands he holds a vase of long-life nectar in the lap. Various deities neatly arranged in rows surround the central figure.
