Interpretation / Description

Makara-faced One: wrathful retinue deity with the face of a mythical sea creature. The right hand holds a vajra scepter to the heart and the left a golden vase held aloft. Standing atop a corpse seat he is encircled by orange fire. This image is from a set of 'tsagli' initiation cards.
