Art of the Yutog Nyingtig Terma Cycle
The Yutog Nyingtig, or Heart Essence of Yutog, is named after Yutog Yontan Gonpo the famous Tibetan Doctor of the 8-9th century Tibet. The art relating to this subject are images of (1) Yutog Yontan Gonpo, images of the meditational deity and retinue (2) Hayagriva, and images of the special protector of the teachings (3) Guhyanata Mahakala and his eight deity retinue.
