The drawings depicted below are from an anonymous manuscript devoted to magic, healing and astrology. Most of the illustration are copies of images from the Svarodaya Text a famous publication dealing with 'Martial Magic' that originated with the Kashmiri Shaivites - later converted for Tantric Buddhist use. The individual drawings closely follow a 17th century (possibly 16th century) block print text.
