Painting Style: Yongle | Yongle Arhats | Yongle Sculpture | Karma Gardri

Yongle style painting became popular in Himalayan style art after the early 15th century. It is very well known for the vast number of painting sets depictiong the Sixteen Great Elders (arhats). It also spawned the Karma Gardri painting style with numerous off-shoots that have continued down to the present day.
