The images below are selection of examples comparing Vishnu and Amoghapasha Lokeshvara. In this configuration both are standing and have between six and twelve hands. The key element to identifying a Vishnu figure are the hand attributes which are different between Buddhist and Vaishnava figures. The various forms of Vishnu typically hold a chakra wheel, conch shell, and a staff.
