Item: Lakshmi (Indian Goddess) - (Pal Lhamo)

Lakshmi, Shri (Pal Lhamo): the peaceful form of Shri Devi Dudsolma.

Lakshmi sits atop a five tiered Mount Sumeru in the center of a small world system surrounded by the four continents. She has three eyes, peaceful in appearance and wears a crown adorned with a white conch. The two earrings are decorated with a lion and a snake. In the right hand she holds a jewel and a wealth vase in the left. Her two ankles are bound with a chain.

Seated in her lap is a child suckling at her nipple. A jewel spitting mongoose rests on the right leg. At the proper right side is a black bird. On the left is an antelope.

Inscription:

ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བིདྱ་སྭ་ཧ།
ཨོཾ་ཤྲི་རི་རུརུ་རོ་རཙ་པ་ལ་ཨ་ཤུག་མེ་ཧུཾ་བྱོོ༔ཛཛ་
ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་ཡཱུ་ཥེ་སྭ་ཧ།
ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་དེ་ཝི་ཀ་ལི་རེ་མ་ཏི་བྷྱོ་ཛྙ་ན་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྠ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭ་ཧཱ།
བུ་འགྱུར་མེ་ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ། བུ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་རྣམ་གྲོལ། བུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ཀུན་བཟང་ཐེག་མཆོག་རྡོ་རྗེ།
བུ་མོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆོས་སྒྲོན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བླ་ཚེ་སྲོག་ཚེ་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱེད་ལ་བཅོལ་ལོ། གཏད་དོ། བུ་གཏའ་བསྡོམས་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་མཛོད་གཅིག། པུཏྲརཀྵ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་སྭ་ཧཱ།

"The soul, life force and body, speech and mind of all my sons, Tsewang Gyurme, Orgyen Namdrol, Jangchub Gyaltsen Kunzang Tegchog Dorje and a daughter, Yeshey Chodron, I surrender and entrust to you. Please protect all the entrusted children."
