Interpretation / Description

Sanggye Nyenpa Tashi Paljor (སངས་རྒྱས་མཉན་པ ༠༡ བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་འབྱོར། 1457-1519?). (Biography).

The First incarnation in the line of the Sangye Nyenpa was Tashi Peljor with very confused dates for both birth and death (1445/1457-1510/1525 [BDRC P1012]). He was famous as a teacher of the 8th Gyalwa Karmapa, Mikyo Dorje (1507-1554 [47 yrs]) .
