The First incarnation in the line of the Sangye Nyenpa (biography) was Tashi Peljor (སངས་རྒྱས་མཉན་པ ༠༡ བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་འབྱོར། 1457-1519) with very confused dates for both birth and death. He was famous as a teacher of the 8th Gyalwa Karmapa, Mikyo Dorje (1507-1554 [47 yrs]) .
