Chodag Yeshe Palzang, the 4th Shamar Rinpoche (1453-1554): surrounded by various biographical scenes each accompanied by a lengthy inscription. It is very likely that some of the vignettes depict the construction of Yangpachen Monastery (circa 1500) and the artists Menla Dondrub and Khyentse Chenmo.
