Interpretation / Description

Hayagriva 'Secret Accomplishment' (Tibetan: tam drin sang drub) with three faces and six arms. Three horse heads on the crown of the head. Surrounded at the top, bottom and sides by the 12 Tenma Goddesses and the 5 Tseringma sisters.

At the bottom are the Five Pehar Gyalpo (Kings) of the Terma (Treasure) Lineage of the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, who are worldly protector deities in five different forms representing body, speech, mind, quality and activity.
