Interpretation / Description

White Tara with Amitabha Buddha above. The painting style and composition is closely related to Situ Panchen Chokyi Jungne and the art style of Palpung Monastery. There are many similar examples of this composition and they were often given away as gists by Situ Rinpoche himself. It is also said that some of the compositions were drawn by him.
