Interpretation / Description

Amoghasiddhi, Buddha (Tibetan: don yo dru pa, sang gye): the patriarch of the last of the Five Families of Celestial Buddhas. Green in colour, the right hand is raised in a mudra (gesture) to the heart and the left is placed in the lap in meditative equipoise. At the top left is Jinasagara Avalokiteshvara, a black hat Karmapa, a red hat Shamarpa and the lama Dorje Gyaltsen.
