There are two side panels with very detailed narrative vignettes. The first depicts primarily the story of Pema Lingpa retrieving 'treasures' from a small lake in Bhutan, along with Minling Terchen Terdag Lingpa and others. The second panel depicts numerous scenes including Tsongkapa, Tsarchen losal Gyatso and Doringpa Kunzang Chenpo.
