Hayagriva Iconography

The Blazing Hayagriva/Garuda is wrathful in appearance, red in colour, with one face and two hands. On top of the head is a green horse head, above that is a red Garuda. In the right hand is a vajra upraised and in the left a flaming garuda. He wears all of the wrathful attire and ornaments and stands in a mass of fire.
