Interpretation / Description

Three Mahasiddha. At the lower left is the mahasiddha Kantali (Tibetan: Tsembupa) carrying an old woman across a river. This painting is from a set of twenty-seven depicting the Eighty-four Mahasiddhas according to the Vajrasana Tradition.
